Do you offer an Express shipping service?
Yes, we do offer express shipping service.
Regular parcel post delivery 21 business days - AUD$8.50
Signature on Delivery - AUD$11.50
Express Signature on Delivery - AUD$14.95
Can I combine multiple orders and save on shipping?
You pay a one-off shipping fee for your order regardless of how many items you purchase, if the items are ordered and paid for at the same time. If you re-visit the store at a later stage to buy another item this will incur a new shipping fee.
Processing your order
All express orders placed by 9am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Express orders placed after 9am will be processed the following business day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track
You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

Deliveries within Australia take 2-5 business days, and Express Shipping is next business day delivery if you are within the Express Post network. To check if you are within the network, please click here.
International deliveries take 3-10 business days.

What happens if a product is "Out of Stock"?
We have option to select pre-order and get 20% off and delivery six weeks after.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If you received items 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Amour Jewellery is only responsible for postage costs for defective or damaged items, and will refund the Buyer in full for returned damaged items.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable postage service.
